A Story Circle

"A Story Circle" was a partnership with Saskatoon Public Library and Saskatchewan Intercultural Association to provide cross-cultural stories in both English and an original language. This project promoted literacy and inter-generational engagement for children and their caregivers through a series of storytelling sessions held at the Saskatoon Public Library in downtown Saskatoon. Storytellers from diverse backgrounds shared stories in their original languages and then in English. A total of seven sessions were offered on various Mondays throughout July and August 2019.
